Getting started — your free consultation
Every journey starts with a complimentary 15-minute conversation to talk through how you've been feeling and see whether the program is a good fit — before you commit to anything.
Weeks 1–2 — Your herbal foundation
Your New Patient Visit: an in-depth look at your health history, your symptoms, and your goals, followed by a personalized herbal plan built around where your body is right now. Your studio care begins alongside it.
Weeks 3–10 — Support & adjust
The core of the program. Regular follow-up visits to fine-tune your herbal plan as your body responds, paired with monthly in-studio treatments and ongoing sauna access that support circulation, stress, and your body's own rhythms.
Weeks 11–12 and beyond — Integrate
A final check-in to map how you'll carry your progress forward, plus a studio treatment to close out the program feeling cared for. Many clients choose to continue herbal support beyond the 12 weeks.
