What is the difference between Core Reset and Full Reset?
Both include Cheri's complete 12-week nutrition program and three Fit3D scans. Full Reset also includes three monthly studio treatment appointments, three paired red-light sauna sessions, and a same-month 10% discount on eligible extra services and retail. Core Reset does not include studio treatments or sauna sessions.
How much do the two options cost?
Core Reset costs $1,195 in three payments ($398.33, $398.33 and $398.34), or $1,135 when paid in full. Full Reset costs $1,495 in three payments ($498.33, $498.33 and $498.34), or $1,420 when paid in full.
What appointments and Fit3D scans are included?
Both options include three sessions with Cheri: 45 minutes at the start, a 30-minute check-in at week 6, and 45 minutes at graduation. Three Fit3D scans are scheduled at enrollment, week 6 and graduation.
What treatments can I choose with Full Reset?
Choose one eligible service each month for three months: Recoupia Calm & Restore Facial, Manual Body Lymphatic Drainage, Recoupia Signature Men's Facial, or Neveskin focused-area body cryotherapy. Each treatment comes with a paired red-light sauna session.
Do I have to join the Skin Club membership?
No. Full Reset includes Skin Club-style monthly perks only during your 12-week program. It does not enroll you in a separate Skin Club membership. The 10% discount applies to eligible additional services and retail purchased in the same month as your included treatment.
Can I purchase more sauna visits?
Full Reset participants may optionally add a separate four-session Sauna Reset package for $100 (regularly $120), in addition to the three paired sauna sessions already included.
Do I need to come to Lynnwood each week?
No. Consultations with Cheri may be virtual or in person. Fit3D scans and any Full Reset studio treatments and sauna sessions take place at Recoupia in Lynnwood.
Is Nature's GLP-1 a GLP-1 medication program?
No. This event provides general education about GLP-1, nutrition, and lifestyle. Nature’s GLP-1 is a nutrition and lifestyle wellness program, not a medication or a substitute for medical care. The event does not provide individualized medical advice.
Can I participate while taking a GLP-1 medication?
Nutrition support may complement care from your own clinician. Do not change or stop prescribed medication because of this program. Discuss medications and relevant health considerations with Cheri and your clinician.
Can I start before January?
Yes. Ask our team about beginning sooner or planning a start date that works for you. Participation is not restricted to a January start.
