How the Program Works

This program is designed to support you in three integrated phases — regulation, recovery, and recalibration — so your body can adapt with stability instead of stress. It includes:

Light-Touch Coaching

Regular guidance to help you reset patterns, set boundaries, and rebuild energy without pushing harder.

Studio Support Slots

Your program includes a set number of Studio Support Slots. One slot equals one booked recovery session. These sessions may include:

  • Therapeutic massage

  • Restorative 1:1 yoga

  • Lymphatic support

  • Mindfulness sessions

  • Cryotherapy or recovery tracking (when appropriate)

Optional Clinical Add-Ons

If needed, additional clinical support can be layered in separately. These are never required, but available when appropriate.

Wellness Studio Support

Category A — Deep Recovery & Nervous System Support

High-touch sessions (40–90 min) that calm the nervous system and release tension. Examples: Therapeutic massage, lymphatic support, 1:1 restorative yoga.

Category B — Active Regulation & Measurement

Shorter sessions that support recovery and accountability when needed. Examples: Cryotherapy or Fit3D body scan checkpoints.

Category C — Restoration, Mindfulness & Confidence

Gentle restorative sessions that help you downshift and feel more like yourself. Examples: Mindfulness, LED therapy, facial recovery sessions.

  • Non-medical microneedling and teeth whitening are available as standalone services or premium upgrades.

    Weeks 7–12: Recalibrate

    Strengthen sustainable routines, reinforce sleep and recovery gains, and create a long-term support plan so your body continues adapting with stability.

Is this Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)?

The Menopause Reset program is a structured wellness program focused on sleep, recovery, inflammation balance, and metabolic support through coaching and studio sessions.

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical evaluations are not included within the core program. However, for clients who may benefit from clinical care, consultations with our licensed Nurse Practitioner may be available separately. When appropriate, medical care can be integrated alongside your wellness program.

Can I join if I am already on HRT?

Yes. Many women participate while working with a physician. This program complements medical care by focusing on nervous system support, recovery, and lifestyle alignment.

How does this help with weight gain?

Rather than focusing only on weight loss, the program supports metabolic balance, muscle preservation, inflammation reduction, and sleep stability — all of which influence body composition during midlife.

Are the studio sessions required?
